Trade Your Watch

Start by checking your watch’s paperwork, including the warranty card and certificates, as the reference number is often listed there. If you don’t have these documents, some brands engrave the reference number on the caseback. Occasionally, the caseback will have two numbers: the serial number (unique to your watch) and the reference number. If you’re still unsure, include as many pictures as possible, especially of the caseback, and our team will assist you.

The value of your watch depends on several factors, including its condition, any accompanying accessories (such as the box and papers), and its current market value on the secondary market.

Once we receive your submission, we aim to provide an evaluation within 24 hours, excluding weekends.

Our offer is based on the condition of your watch, any included accessories, and its current value on the secondary market.

You are free to decline any offer. If you have already shipped the watch to us, we will return it to you at our expense, covering shipping and insurance costs. If the watch remains in your possession, no further action is required after declining our offer.

There may be room for negotiation depending on the payment method for any balance due or by providing additional information about the watch. Please feel free to discuss the offer with us to see if a better deal can be arranged.

Once we receive and inspect your watch, payment will be sent within 72 hours.

We will provide you with a pre-paid, fully-insured shipping label. Simply package your watch and take it to the nearest shipping location.

If your watch is valued higher than the watch you’re trading for, we will pay you the difference via check, ACH, or wire transfer.
